quarterly primary activity

Yesterday I took the kids to the primary activity. We wore Sunday clothes, met at the church and carpooled to the Provo Temple. The primary leaders had pictures and we went on a hunt to find the objects in the pictures. The pictures took us all around the temple. In the back of the temple, the kids has their pictures taken and drew pictures of the temple. After we made it back to the front of the temple it was time to go inside. The primary presidency had arranged for President Bateman and his wife to meet with us in the waiting room of the temple and talked to the kids about temples. The kids got to ask questions and they were all answered. It was a good activity, but awfully long. We met at the church at 1 pm and arrived home at 4 pm. I had Mikey in the front carrier to leave my hands free to grab Alex if necessary.
