Why is it that traumatic experiences tend to bring out the best in people?  While Mikey was sleeping I finally made the kitchen curtains that I have been meaning to do for a long time.  I only bought a yard of material and it turned out a little shorter than I had hoped, but my window isn't bare anymore.  There were other things, too, that I suddenly felt motivated to do.
