I bought a dehydrator. I've dried onions from my garden, apricot puree from my freezer and here I have apricots I picked off of my parent's tree and celery.
Mikey likes to play with the fruit leather trays that came with my dehydrator.
Tomorrow, I'll try beef jerky.
