Tree Trimmings

We trimmed our tree out front. Some of the branches had broken with the wind last week and the tree was hanging down too low. I used my loppers and clipped the lower branches and Dave borrowed my parents tree trimmer and cut off the broken branches. We had Liz and John take the branches out the back yard, over the dike and toss them into the cow pasture. It was quite popular with the cows. They were very excited to get the new branches.

They have never gotten this close to us before.

Here is a cow reaching its head through the barbed wire to take a branch out of Liz's hand.
