Provo City Easter egg hunt

It was cold and rainy, but we braved the weather to go to our first and last Provo City Easter egg hunt. It wasn't worth it. The rules stated that you could only have 5 eggs, but no one listened. I was with Alex and moms were scooping up as many eggs as they could. Why not let the kids do it? Next year we'll go back to the Orem City Easter egg hunt. It just seems more organized. You can have whatever you pick up and parents are not allowed to touch the eggs until the child picks it up (you can help them put it into the basket).
